Viewers were invited to participate in a ritual of eating hand bread sculptures,
and define that ritual in their own way.

In "Lineage", bread baking was compared to bronze casting. Beginning with a chrysalis form, (center), to the right were the steps to making a bronze chrysalis emerging from its "cocoon", and to the left were the steps to make porcelain bread pans and chrysalis bread. Together they pay homage to the guild arts and the domestic arts.
